Privacy notice
This is a personal website. It is a set of static files — there is no application server, no database, no account system, no shopping cart and no form anywhere on it. I do not ask you for your name, your email address or anything else, and there is nothing here for you to log in to.
What the site itself collects
Nothing directly. The pages set no cookies of their own and store nothing in your browser beyond the ordinary HTTP cache. Because the site is served from a static host, that host keeps the usual web server request logs — IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp — which I do not have any special access to and do not use.
Third parties
Two third parties see your request, and you should know about both.
Google Analytics. Every page loads Google Analytics (property G-CHFJDYGC7N) to count visits. It sets its own cookies and reports page views, approximate location and device information back to Google. If you would rather not be counted, any content blocker or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on will stop it, and the site works exactly the same without it.
Google Fonts. Typefaces are requested from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which means Google sees your IP address and user agent when a page loads.
Links out to X, GitHub, LinkedIn, arXiv, publishers and other sites are ordinary links. Once you follow one you are on somebody else's site under somebody else's privacy policy.
Automated clients
Crawlers and AI agents are welcome. /robots.txt allows everything,/sitemap-index.xml lists every page, and/llms.txt is a plain-text summary of the site written for machine readers. Nothing here is behind a paywall, a login or a rate limit.
Changes and contact
If this notice changes, the change ships with the site and is visible in its publicsource repository, which is the authoritative history of what this page has said. Questions about any of the above can go to the contact addresses listed on thehome page.
